MiRNA\u662f\u4e00\u7c7b\u5185\u6e90\u6027\u3001\u975e\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u7f16\u7801\u7684\u5355\u94feRNA\u5c0f\u5206\u5b50\uff0c\u5176\u5f02\u5e38\u8868\u8fbe\u4e0e\u80bf\u7624\u7684\u5f62\u6210\u3001\u4fb5\u88ad\u548c\u8fc1\u79fb\u5bc6\u5207\u76f8\u5173\uff0c\u8fd9\u4f7fmiRNA\u6210\u4e3a\u764c\u75c7\u65e9\u671f\u8bca\u65ad\u7684\u751f\u7269\u6807\u5fd7\u7269\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u62a5\u9053\u7684miRNA\u5149\u5b66\u63a2\u9488\u6210\u50cf\u7a97\u53e3\u591a\u5728\u53ef\u89c1\u5149\u533a\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u8f83\u9ad8\u81ea\u4f53\u8367\u5149\u80cc\u666f\u4fe1\u53f7\u4ee5\u53ca\u6709\u9650\u7684\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7a7f\u900f\u6df1\u5ea6\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u9650\u5236\u5176\u5728\u6d3b\u4f53\u6210\u50cf\u4e2d\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u3002\u7a00\u571f\u7eb3\u7c73\u9897\u7c92\u5177\u6709\u660e\u4eae\u7684\u8fd1\u7ea2\u5916\u4e8c\u533a\u8367\u5149\uff0c\u662f\u6d3b\u4f53\u6210\u50cf\u7684\u4f18\u79c0\u5de5\u5177\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u7a00\u571f\u7eb3\u7c73\u9897\u7c92\u65e0\u6cd5\u4e0e\u4fe1\u53f7\u653e\u5927\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u53ef\u63a7\u7684\u4fe1\u53f7\u653e\u5927\u7b56\u7565\u76f8\u7ed3\u5408\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u9650\u5236\u4e86\u5176\u5728\u4f4e\u8868\u8fbe\u751f\u7269\u6807\u5fd7\u7269\u6210\u50cf\u4e2d\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n
